Welcome to my 2-room apartment of 35m2 in the heart of Paris, 2 minutes away from the famous Canal Saint Martin and Gare de l'Est. Republique and Gare du Nord (direct train to airports) are 10 minutes away by foot. On the 2nd floor (3rd floor US) without lift, you will stay in a bright, quiet apartment (court side) and well equipped. It will be practical for those who want to discover Paris or those who come to work. This is my own flat that I decorated with all my heart, I hope you like it.

Exhibitions and museums are nearby, and the metro is just 2' away, as is the Canal and a large public garden where you can soak up the sun. That's Paris for you!

Located in a typically Parisian old building, the apartment is a large and bright 50sqm (538ft2) 1-bedroom apartment, newly renovated and decorated by an architect (myself). You can feel the atmosphere of both traditional Parisian and contemporary retro styles. The location is ideal in the 10th district, on the edge of the 3rd district, at very short walking distance of the hip and popular districts of Le Marais, Canal Saint-Martin, rue du Château d'Eau, and rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis.

Je vous confie pour un temps mon appartement en plein centre de Paris, des quartiers historiques et branchés et pourtant très calme car sur cour. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour se distraire à pieds autour: petits restaurants, musées,théâtres, cafès, boutiques à la mode et population bigarèe. Je suis toujours joignable par téléphone et messagerie et une personne sur place peut toujours venir vous aider. Profitez bien de Paris dans les meilleures conditions!
