The space is an inspiration and „home“ to world reknown writers, painters and film makers - as well as for travellers who want to be in the heart of the city of love. With lots of light and tranquility, and a green balcony to eat, drink or read outside. The building is from the 1800th, so the five floors are to be walkded upstairs (by human power:) The « award » is being high up, far from noise and close to the sun:)

Studio de 20m2 au calme. Situé aux portes de Paris. Proche du stade de France et du marché aux Puces. Une pièce de vie avec cuisine aménagée. Une chambre/coin nuit avec armoire de rangement. Salle de bain avec toilettes (sanibroyeur). Il s'agit d'un petit espace que nous avons essayé de rendre agréable à un prix accessible. N'hésitez pas à nous solliciter pour une arrivée anticipée ou un départ tardif. Les horaires peuvent être élargis pour faciliter et rendre plus confortable votre séjour.

Nosso apartamento foi recentemente reformado mantendo seu charme original e adicionando confortos da vida moderna. Tem um quarto, uma sala com cozinha aberta e um banheiro. Fica no segundo andar, com elevador, dando para o pátio interno do prédio de 1870 que acaba de ter as áreas comuns pintadas. 3' caminhando para o metrô, 3' para Pl.des Voges, 8' para Museu Picasso, 10' para Opera Bastille, 13'até as bordas do Seine, 18' ao Pompidou, 21' para Notre Dame, 23' até o Canal Saint-Martin .

My home in the heart of Paris

This is my home in Paris, located in the heart of the city, at walking distance to the Marais, the Louvre, Beaubourg, les berges de Seine, etc. The neighborhood is very lively, you will find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The apartment is on the first floor, it gives on the courtyard of the residence, so it's removed from the noise of the street. I occupy the place when I am in Paris, so be aware you will find it clean and cosy, but still full of life.
