Close to Aros, the old town, fairground freedom and the cozy streets of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is located in the same property as Cross cafe, so there is easy access to breakfast/brunch, lunch, dinner and cold drinks at the weekend. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, but there may be noise from the street in the summer. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed.

Cosy guest house, which is an independent building on the old school . The flat is 51m2 and has a lovely south-facing private 28m2 terrace. Combined kitchen and living room, a toilet/bath, an entry hall and a bedroom with one queen size bed and two bunk beds. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, and there is wifi, tv, cromecast and parking near the entry door. Two extra beds can be made in the living room. Bonfire hut, tarzan track, hammocks and a large garden with playground.

Du vil dele lejlighed med udlejer (mig) og en lejer. Vi er fælles om badeværelset, køkken med stor spiseplads (trådløst internet) og lukket stor altan med 180 graders udsigt over botanisk have og Aarhus Vest. A nice modern Beach house in the wonderful Risskov, 300 m2 in 2 floors, close to the sea, with all necessary facilities, including 2 bathrooms. 12 km with good transport to the center of the great City Aarhus - European Cultural City;-) We live here in our everyday life, but rent out in vacations etc… We will be more than happy to help you with everything you need during your stay:-) Best regards Anne & Ulrik.
