A modern, cosy garden studio on the edge of the Cotswolds, in the heart of the Vale of Evesham. Cheltenham, Worcester & Stratford Upon Avon are just a short drive away, making this is the perfect retreat without paying expensive Cotswold prices. The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Welcome to our beautiful shepherds hut situated on our working farm in the Worcestershire village of Abberton, on the edge of the cotswolds. This single hut nestles within an old orchard whilst enjoying open views over Bredon Hill from its south facing balcony and the Malvern Hills from the delightful walks available over our 260 acre farm. fresh farm produce inc beef from our own 20 year old Aberdeen Angus herd are seasonally available on request.pets are welcome only with prior approval.

A luxury 2 bed barn on our farm in Warwickshire

A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a rain shower and free standing bath. We are situated within a stone throw of the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

With full kitchen facilities, with its own outside area and a comfortable super king size bed, countryside views & plenty of walks providing a relaxing space with modern facilities. Within 10 minutes from Ragley Hall and 20 mins to visit Shakespeare’s Stratford Upon Avon, Historic Worcester, and Malvern and the Cotswolds nearby. Situated conveniently for the M5, M42 and M40.

The Lodge is a spacious characterful countryside retreat. It's a unique peaceful property located in the beautiful tranquil private grounds of the historic Old Windmill. Penn Studio@Cropthorne

Our self-contained ground floor studio apartment is for two and is one of two units . It offers a comfortable retreat, workspace, or base for exploring. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, hot plate, toaster, and mini-oven for convenient meal & drink preparation. Enjoy a modern bathroom with an electric shower. Relax with a king-size bed, sofas, table & chairs and a log burner for cold nights. The studio has a private entrance through a shared corridor with the upstairs apartment.

The Deer Leap Lakeside, Woodland Cabin

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

The Barn@Moat Farm is a delightful converted two bedroom barn, a short car ride from the historic town of Stratford upon Avon and The Cotswolds. The barn sits in the grounds surrounding Moat Farm, a historic Grade 2* listed, 16th Century moated farmhouse. The Barn@MoatFarm boasts luxurious White Company feather bedding and quality beds, a cosy sitting room and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. The barn is perfect for a romantic stay or a sightseeing trip with friends and family

The old Wash House

The Old Wash House is a grade 2 listed building. It has been sympathetically restored using reclaimed materials wherever possible to create luxury boutique style accommodation. The village of Bretforton is on the edge of the North Cotswolds. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. A basic continental breakfast comprising granola, bread yogurt etc.

Jack's House - Countryside retreat

Unwind at this peaceful countryside retreat, named after the family horse who was stabled here. The Annexe

Set in a small smallholding in a beautiful village location, on the border of the North Cotswolds, a rural and unique retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We have sheep, goats and chickens on site. Close to Shakespears birthplace Stratford-Upon-Avon, scenic Broadway, the market towns of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Cheltenham and Worcester are also close by.
