Im Garten befindet sich ein kleines Haus wo Sie sich Essen kochen oder wärmen können. Mikro, Kochplatte und Geschirr ist vorhanden. Herzlich Willkommen! Genießen Sie die Ruhe am Land, sportliche Aktivitäten (zb. Laufen, Radfahren, Reiten, Tennis, …), die Nähe zu Wien und zum Flughafen Wien. Unser Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen und ist südlich von Wien gelegen. Mit dem Auto oder Bus/Zug ist die Verkehrsanbindung an Wien gegeben. Die Wohnung im OG steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Gemeinsame Nutzung: Hauseingang (aber eigene Wohnungseingangstür), Garten, Pool (im Sommer bei Schönwetter, nicht beheizt und nicht gesichert)

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
