Seasonal Outdoor Swimming Pool and TWO Year Round Hot Tubs. The Primary Suite has a King size bed. Other bedrooms have a Queen or a King except Bedroom 8 which has 4 BUNKS. Large 55" TV in the family room and 32" TV in master are brand new Roku smart TVs. Backyard has a dining area, gas firepit, 6 person hot tub, and hammock. Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.

The upstairs apartment in our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the amenities, the treasure valley has to offer. Enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 acre park and sunsets from your private balcony. This private apartment, is accessed via its own exterior spiral staircase. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.
