This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located within minutes of Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks. It sits directly off of a main highway and has parking areas for boats & trailers. House includes all basic amenities, including washer/dryer, smart TV's and Wi-Fi. The house is an older farm house, but is spacious and clean.

Our veteran owned property is lake front on what is aptly named Sunset Cove . We are on a peaceful private road. The Bagnell Dam strip is 20 minutes away and we are very centrally located to most of the lake attractions. Many amenities, two kayaks, large PRIVATE swim dock with PWC lift and private boat ramp. Gas and groceries 10 to 15 min. by boat or car. Calm water to boat to restaurants and sight see. Beautiful open floor plan! Awesome fishing by all right on the dock. Family fun!!!
