Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Located in the Village of Speculator, a beautiful place in the heart of the Adirondack Park. Right on the snowmobile trail. Kayakers can shove off from the lake right located nearby. Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

Nestled in a quiet, wooded setting with easy access to hiking trails, paddling, and local shops, it’s the perfect retreat for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a peaceful getaway.

Village Cottage-Walk to Downtown/Rail Trail

Very cute cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, the rail trail and nightlife. Good side yard with outdoor furniture. Enclosed porch for rainy days. Huge soaking tub. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). We do not charge a pet fee but will charge for any damages incurred. This is a cottage next to where we live. We are self check in but you may run into us.

Ripley's Point Cottage on Lake George

Ripley's Point cottage of Cleverdale, east side of Lake George, ideally for two people, not suitable for groups or parties. A simple and cozy (yes it's small!) retreat to recharge and escape the hub bub of everyday life. Dock use includes swimming area, kayaks, canoe and dock furniture. No dock space available for guest boats. Local country store & post office available. 1 hr from Albany. 45 mins from Saratoga, 15 mins from Lake George Village. Hiking & biking trails nearby.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

We are 25 mins to Mad River Glen, Bolton Valley and Burlington (Lake Champlain beaches) and 10 mins to Sleepy Hollow Ski and Bike Center, Camel's Hump Nordic Ski Area, Frost Brewery and Stone Corral. Enjoy complete privacy and peaceful surroundings of nature with the full amenities of a home.
