The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The Beach House

It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Pitlands Barns is divided into three separate units, The Granary, the Stables and the Cart Shed. Ideal for families and friends wanting to spend time together, the Granary is the most spacious, sleeping 6 in 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 14 people for dining and socialising in the large entrance hall and first floor open plan area with a viewing gallery. The Cart Shed also has a very spacious living area and kitchen. The Stables is the smallest of the three but still offers ample space for 4.
