With your car can visit the nice villages of Pelion, to get to the sea in 5-7min or go to Volos city in 20min. There are plenty of nice footpaths to go for walking or for horse riding in the near distance from the village.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

A small studio-house, next to a mountain creek, ideal for a cool stay during the hot greek summer. Lush greenery, large yard with a great view to the village and the sea. -there is no wifi (yet). The chalet was built in 1928 with local stone from Pelion and has a special architectural design and was recently completely renovated (2016). The view is impressive and the interior of the house boasts the romance of another era with all modern-day comforts. The property has two floors and a garden (1000 sqm).
