Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

This eco-retreat is located at Peacefield where we rescue and rehabilitate farm animals - the space helps support the mission! We incorporated our favorite things: Peloton bike, treadmill, rower, Finnish sauna, bedside chargers, open floor plan, 5 star mattresses, yoga deck, appleTV, loaded kitchen, coffee/tea, vitamix, gym, Tesla and other EV charger, solar power and more! It's a sanctuary for humans too :)

Little Love Shack

This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.

My Beautiful House is located in the heart of the historic district of Micanopy, Florida. Relaxing is a breeze in this wonderful home. Two large bedrooms and two equally spacious living areas are furnished with comfort in mind. There are two televisions with Directv service and free WiFi. The large backyard has lots of space and privacy! Established in 1821, Micanopy is the oldest inland town and the town that time forgot. Convenient to both Gainesville and Ocala via I-75 and SR 441.

Welcome to the Tree House. Airy and bright spaces invite to a peaceful stay in this green oasis in SW Gainesville. Perfect for families or group of friends. The house has a well equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area and a cosy living room made for relaxing and game nights incl. a sofa bed. Bedrooms come with comfy queen-sized beds and the primary bedroom has an ensuite. Close to UF (7mins), stadium (10mins), hospitals and downtown (>15mins), I75 for a quick escape into nature.

Beautiful living room and breakfast bar w/ great lighting throughout. Quarter mile nature trail through 5 acres of magnolias, oaks & ancient pines right outside the front door. The first of four area springs (Blue, Poe, Ginnie) is 10 miles away. Scuba/snorkeling/kayaking/nature trails/antiquing/brewery/restaurants/ice cream shop nearby in this charming outdoorsy town. FB Fans-UF BHG Stadium is 24 miles away. Itchetucknee is 18 miles way. Smoke-free home.
