Nestled amongst the trees atop a hill, sits our beloved A-frame chalet. Step inside and take in the unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains from the floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the open living space. Decorated with plants & various items we've discovered while travelling, this space is a true labour of love. Sit under the stars (yay, no light pollution!) in the glorious 8-person hot tub... Roast marshmallows around the fire... Grill up a feast on the wrap-around deck's year-round BBQ.

Prices include Airbnb's fee increase to 15.5%. This creekfront cabin is private & feels secluded yet close to all that Nelson has to offer. Priced for 2 guests but can accomodate a maximum of 3 with a $50/night supplement for the extra guest. 2 min walk to a sandy beach; 5 min drive to town along the shoreline of Kootenay Lake; 25-30 min to the ski resort; or 30 min to Ainsworth Hotsprings. Perfect for Kootenay adventures or remote workers (fibre optic internet 1000 Mbps). Sorry, no pets.

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Enjoy BBQ and hot tub on the deck while you're at it! Our family lives in the white home about 200 yards from the cabin. We are busy so often don’t see guests but nearby if you need :) Just 7 minute drive to Invermere!

BBQ, outdoor seating. For cool or too hot days, we have a projector screen with DVD player and Xbox, ping pong table, air hockey and lots of games. Just a short walk to the beach, Snak Shack for treats, disc golf course (frisbee golf), tennis/pickle ball courts, brand new playground.

Julia’s Suite features a full kitchen. An adjoining (Buds Lounge Suite) can also be rented for up to four additional guests. Holmwood Farm is a very scenic property with great views and lots of hiking and x country ski trails. It is home to a small flock of sheep, and cows which are grazed regeneratively. . You will have access to fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer months , and free range eggs, pastured meats and locally sourced gifts from our farm store.
