Built in the 60's and recently renovated, this bungalow is surrounded by betel nut, coconut, and chiku trees. La Mer is a quaint hillside bungalow, located between the Arabian Sea and the Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, in Kashid. The open garden and natural surroundings make it a great place for bird watching (hornbills, paradise fly catchers...). The property is also occasionally visited by wild animals such as Malabar flying squirrels, monkeys and peacocks. Kashid beach is a short 10 minute walk away, making La Mer a unique villa, offering the joys of a beach holiday and a homestay in the lap of nature.

The Bungalow is a single storied structure with a Mangalore tile roof. It is situated away from the road in a green compound and is spacious and well ventilated. It has three bedrooms with AC and attached baths, a living room and a kitchen. The backyard has an outdoor badminton court. We strive to provide a relaxed and peaceful stay to our guests.
