Underfloor heating, induction hob and super insulated. 2 well behaved dogs only are allowed for a small fee. Sorry no other pets allowed.

Windy Hall is somewhere very special. High in the Pennines it offers one of the finest views in England. You may want to stay and enjoy the views & seclusion, but we are also ideally placed for day trips to the Lake District, the magnificent cathedral city of Durham, and Hadrian's Wall. Limited parking and access at the house means parking is a steep 240m from the house so we will give you and your luggage a lift up on arrival. Set in a lush green valley with hills to wander around and pet lambs to feed, quaint little streams, the beautiful enclosed valley with its miniature waterfall and dark skies is delightful. All just minutes from Hadrian's Wall. Explore wonderful Northumberland, the Lake District to the West is an easy drive as is the Pennines to the South and Scotland to the North.
