My place is a mix of scandinavian and loft design(renovated 2019). Its 35 sq.m. which will be comfortable for max. of 2 people. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Almaty. Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.

This is the city center, near the Central Stadium, fitness club's "Royal Club", "Invictus Go", Circus, theater, museum, restaurants and cafes, family entertainments, public transport in any directions, metro in 5 minutes, nightlife, 2 public gardens for walking. The apartment is in a quiet place, clean, bright and cozy. There is a view of the mountains from the house, also there is a lot of space near the house. My accommodation is suitable for: couples, solo travelers and business travelers.
