Located on the first floor of the building, which offers garage parking and quick easy access to the ski lifts. In the summer months enjoy hiking/biking right from the property, or epic skiing in the winter. Access the kirkwood meadow from the main lobbies back door and enjoy cross country skiing or evening summer walks.

Enjoy the ski terrain in the winter, plus hiking, biking and kayaking the rest of the year. We recently installed a new quartz and butcher block kitchen countertop, new appliances, and a fully renovated full bathroom. We just purchased a new corner couch, making the space even more comfortable.
