My beautiful House is directly opposite a park, 10 minutes walk to the bay and close to Williamstown beach (20 minutes walk). It is also situated in Melbourne's historic beach side area of Williamstown. The house is in a quiet street, with ample parking directly opposite. There are shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes walk around the corner. The nearest train station is Newport (20 Mins walk) which is a 25 mins train ride to the city. The house is surrounded by parks and trees.

It’s a short walk to Altona Gate Shopping Centre and only about 12 km (7.5 miles) by car from Melbourne CBD. - Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, directly outside the front door. Convenient for unloading luggage. - Air conditioning for both cooling and heating is provided in all bedrooms and the lounge. - The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

This beautifully renovated Victorian terrace is bright clean and welcoming with all the modern comforts. It is in the heart of Elsternwick in a quiet tree lined street. Only a 1-2 minute walk to Cafe’s , restaurants and shops. Public Transport is very close with the tram about a 2 minute walk or the train an 8 minute walk. By train you will be in the city centre in 16 minutes. Two $12 Myki(public transport cards) are also provided for your use.
