My beautiful House is directly opposite a park, 10 minutes walk to the bay and close to Williamstown beach (20 minutes walk). It is also situated in Melbourne's historic beach side area of Williamstown. The house is in a quiet street, with ample parking directly opposite. There are shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes walk around the corner. The nearest train station is Newport (20 Mins walk) which is a 25 mins train ride to the city. The house is surrounded by parks and trees.

It’s a short walk to Altona Gate Shopping Centre and only about 12 km (7.5 miles) by car from Melbourne CBD. - Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, directly outside the front door. Built in the 1800’s, flat packed and then shipped over from England, this Cute little half house with verandah out the front and eclectic features is your little home away from home :) it is welcoming and close to EVERYTHING! MCG, Rod Laver arena, Olympic Park stadium, AAMI park. 15 min walk to the CBD and great public transport to everywhere else! As an artist I have adorned the house with as much fun as I can! I hope you love it as much as we do!

This beautifully renovated Victorian terrace is bright clean and welcoming with all the modern comforts. It is in the heart of Elsternwick in a quiet tree lined street. Only a 1-2 minute walk to Cafe’s , restaurants and shops. Public Transport is very close with the tram about a 2 minute walk or the train an 8 minute walk. By train you will be in the city centre in 16 minutes. Two $12 Myki(public transport cards) are also provided for your use.

Bricks is a classic design that has been stripped back to expose & polish concrete floors, apply crisp white renderings and furnish with quality furniture or craftsman pieces. The renovation incorporates eco savvy materials such as cabinetry made from recycled sawdust with organic dyes and sustainable Paperock benchtops (yes layers of compressed paper). The finishes were applied by hand with an aesthete’s eye for design and detail.
