Spacious Mountainside Studio

Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!

Our cozy updated condo at the base of Mt. Alyeska, below Chair 3, is the perfect location within easy walking distance of the best hiking, biking and skiing. It's close to many favorite local restaurants such as the Bake Shop, Jack Sprat, and the Sitzmark as well as to the town shuttle and bike paths. The perfect spot for whatever get away you may be looking for! The king bed is a comfy memory foam. The couch bed is well built with a comfortable mattress on a platform. NO SMOKING-NO PETS
