Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Landhaus am Wasser

Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien und Ihr habt es ganz für Euch allein. Es liegt direkt an einem Kanal, der zwei Seen verbindet und verfügt über zwei Terrassen, eine davon direkt am Wasser. Faßsauna und Whirlpool sind zur Alleinnutzung im Garten vorhanden. Wir nutzen das Haus selbst noch häufig, weshalb es über eine voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt. Freut Euch auf zwei Bäder, zwei Elternschlafzimmer, zwei Jugendschlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Lounge für Kinoabende.

Aus diesem Gedanken entsprang die Idee, dieses Bootprojekt zu realisieren. Unser liebevoll modernisiertes Fährschiff Bj. 1925 liegt citynah direkt vor der Rummelsburger Bucht. Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

Das freistehende Haus mit 3 Zimmern (75sqm) liegt in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung, hat einen eigenen Garten und befindet sich nur 20 km/20 min von Berlin und Potsdam entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend an Autobahn und die Bahn angebunden. Es ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen rund um die Hauptstadt, genießt aber die Ruhe und das Grün des Landlebens. Gastronomie befindet sich fußläufig im Ort. Bestens geeignet für Familien, Geschäftsreisende, Paare & Langzeitaufenthalte.

Die Maisonette Wohnung ist direkt am malerischen Teupitzer See gelegen. Das moderne Wohnhaus wurde 2017 fertiggestellt und wird somit höchsten Wohnansprüchen gerecht. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch das neue Mobiliar sowie der vielen Lichtquellen aus, die dazu beitragen eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zu schaffen.
