The beauty and tranquillity of the wild coast of Haga Haga, a hidden gem of South Africa will surround you. You will also have access to our country restaurant and all the fun activities on our working farm. How would you like to cycle through the scenic trails, hike along the stunning coastline, birdwatch in the lush forest, or fish for bass in the clear lake?

An undercover Braai and porch with a view over the valley. Green lawns back and front with 2 x 12 seater benches for sunny family meals. Please note our location: we are behind the main beach and lagoon in Haga haga Retreat (see aerial photo) we do not have a sea view. Available for bookings 3+nights.

The Pumphouse at Lands End

A luxury hideaway on the banks of the Kariega River. The Pumphouse which was once used to house irrigation pumps many decades ago, now transformed into a space where luxury and nature meet. This romantic, self catering unit sleeps 2 in a king size bed. On arrival you can enjoy complimentary fresh homemade Roosterbrood while sitting in the wood-fired jacuzzi watching the wildlife roam across the river. Paddle in your canoe down the Kariega River and soak in the magnificent bird and wild life.

OKU House - 200 metres from the beach.

OKU House, an OKU YAMA property, is in the front row with a plunge pool on the deck(child safe), close to the lagoon and 200m from the beach. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (main en-suite). The house is serviced daily at no extra charge. There are two covered decks with gorgeous views of the lagoon and a sheltered barbecue area. The house is on a double plot in a community of 9 timber homes and has a happy holiday feel. It is quiet and scenic without being isolated.
