The Studio has its own private entrance & a courtyard garden. The tastefully decorated open-plan sitting room has a woodburner, a well equipped kitchen and dining table for 4 . Up the spiral staircase is a pretty kingsize bedroom with quality linen & towels, & an ensuite shower room. It is used by the owners as a holiday home.

The property is situated just a stone’s throw away from the beautiful sandy beach and prom and is only two minutes walk from Cromer’s famous grade II listed pier. Dog and family-friendly Being moments from the seafront and promenade you really are within easy reach of all the amenities, cafes, walks, beaches, parks, restaurants and all-round entertainment Cromer has to offer. The Old Workshop has been given a wonderfully contemporary makeover with the main feature being a good sized bright open-plan living area upstairs. The house is well-appointed with both bedrooms having a television, the master having an en-suite, and also a well-stocked kitchen.

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

Breeze is only a few steps from the path down to the pier forecourt and the beach which has its own surf school .
