One bedroom with a queen bed and tv mounted on wall. Living room with 43 inch Roku tv with a full size sleeper sofa. 2 nd bedroom with a full bed. Bathroom has a stand up shower only. Water Trough HIll is located 3 Miles from Lexington, 4 miles from Buena Vista and 5 miles to the Virginia Horse Center. Guest favorite for a private large open spacious house with amazing views and photography of wildlife. There is an extra Guest fee after 4 Guests of $45 each per night. The house will comfortably sleep up to 11 guests.
