Art nouveau houseboat overvieuwing Amstel river

Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

Akerdijk ligt in Badhoevedorp en biedt een tuin, steiger met roeiboot . De accommodatie ligt op18 km van Zandvoort aan Zee en biedt gratis WiFi en privéparkeergelegenheid. U heeft een eigen entree en beschikking over twee verdiepingen. Het appartement bestaat uit 3 aparte slaapkamers, een woonkamer, een volledig uitgeruste keuken en 1 badkamer. Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.

The B&B is located in the village of Abcoude, a charming village just outside Amsterdam and close to Utrecht. Thanks to its central location, venues such as AFAS Live, the Ziggo Dome, and the Johan Cruijff Arena are easily and quickly accessible. On our farm, where the B&Bs are situated, we have cows and sheep, and two lovely Frisian Stabij dogs roam around.
