Three decks to enjoy nature and take in the sounds of the river nearby. A jetted tub to soak your feet in at the end of the day.

Close by are trails, a park, wildlife and plenty of privacy and space to enjoy your Alaskan getaway with friends and family.

Forest Yurt has all of the spirit of an off-grid forest yurt, in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, 5 mins from airport. This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

If you’re looking for a sprawling lodge this may not be for you. 3 minute walk to Girdwood Brewing 10 minute walk to the Alyeska Daylodge 13 minute walk to The Bakeshop, The Sitzmark and Jack Sprat. An amazing place to stay for a weekend or to use as your home base while you explore Alaska. The pictures speak for themselves!

Alaskan Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.

Magnificent View Chalet

Cozy, family friendly Chalet in the beautiful South Fork Valley of Eagle River. If you are looking for a 5-Star Hotel, this place is not for you. What we do offer is a serene and peaceful home in the mountains with a rugged natural landscape, and occasional visits from bear and moose. If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.

Gorgeous and eclectic Alaskan home right in the heart of downtown Anchorage. Within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. This home is comfortable and artistic while still offering the convenience of downtown life. Full of interesting Alaskan art and artifacts, it is one of the older homes in Anchorage and almost seems to breath Alaskan history. Fully updated luxury bathroom with jacuzzi tub. Chef’s kitchen and manicured back yard.

Your private “sweet" is through the home's shared entry. The house is 5.1 miles from ANC airport (13 min by car or approx $20-$22 Uber/Lyft/taxi). Fred Meyer grocery is .7 mile away (15 min walk); Costco is 1.7 miles. Behind your interior “front door” is your Queen bed; TV room; kitchenette; and bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and the best backside feature ever: heated bidet toilet. I live and work upstairs. There's plenty of space for all.
