The place locates on entire 2nd floor of owner's house where guests can enjoy a stay in a private space and access equipped with essential amenities that will make your holiday comfortable, including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 spacious balconies.

Located on the hills of Patong, with a glamorous and mesmerising view! You will have the view of the whole Patong city from your private balcony. Apart from the view, you will have a huge space to yourself which shall include a living room with a smart tv, a kitchen loaded with all essentials like fridge, oven etc and a huge bedroom where you will have the sleep of your life! My place will have extreme privacy and is few minutes drive to all tourist places like Bangla, Patong beach and more!

Our building, The Place Khaolak, is located near the main road in Khaolak with many parking spaces just in front. Your room is located on the 3rd floor of the building (we live on the 2nd floor) and the 1st floor is our surf & lifestyle shop and cafe. The space is very cozy and you will have your privacy with your own bathroom. There is a shared common space on the balcony where you can eat/drink/talk/share your stories with the best view of the mountain right in front of you.

The place got that good vibes, friendly but cool energy. always up for a chat or letting you do your own things. Laid back and cozy vibes. The room is on the second floor, and unfortunately, there is no elevator.

The price of accommodation depends on the number of guests staying. Therefore, please put the NUMBER of guests according to reality and we can prepare the bedding correctly. Pls note : Nearby buildings on the same street are undergoing renovations. So it can get a bit noisy sometime. FYI
