The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Pineapple Bluff is a quaint historic cottage overlooking the Indian River. Abundant Florida wildlife including dolphins, manatees, and an assortment of aquatic birds are common sights from the dock. On a large lot dotted with palm trees, you will capture the tropical essence of Florida. Only one mile south of Historic Downtown Melbourne, with its shopping, restaurants, and night life, and 3.5 miles to the beach, the location is perfectly situated to take in all the sites of the Space Coast.

Located in the heart of Historic Melbourne Beach, you are steps away from the Ocean, Indian River Lagoon, shops, restaurants and an easy drive to the attractions of Orlando and all the adventure the Space Coast has to offer. The spacious backyard, though not fully fenced, is equipped with security lights in this safe and tranquil neighborhood. Lilo House provides just a short walking stroll to Melbourne Mall, restaurants and cafes.

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 3 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!
