Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the beautiful little hamlet. Cottage has got everything you need and king size bed is the most comfiest you would find anywhere. We got a lot of walking and cycle routes right next tonthe cottage. Newcastle City and Durham City is about 15 minutes from the property. The Annexe on High Woodside Farm is an ideal location for couples or families who want to visit the North East of England It is a 15 minute drive to Durham and a 30 minute drive to Newcastle and Sunderland a 40 minute drive. The Annexe has an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge on the ground floor with a bathroom, consisting of toilet, sink and shower and 2 bedrooms on the first floor. It is very light and modern and has a small courtyard.

Welcome to 1 Station road, an 18th century upstairs dwelling we lovingly restored to become a 6 capacity dog friendly holiday let in 2024. The building began life as a school house and went on to become a number of businesses, the last of them a pet shop that we now own and run. Further ventures include an old ice cream shop serving ices and confectionery, all on the doorstep of 1 Station Road.
