Nikos Apartment 1 is in the ground floor of a building. It is lovely with all the basics. It has one double bedroom and a sofa that turns into two single beds in the living room. It is 200 meters away from Gnospi swimming platform and 300 meters from the center of the village with the picturesque harbour, all cafes and restaurants, supermarket, sweet shops, pizza etc It is not recommended for light sleepers as it is near the side of the road. All our visitors were fine with this so far.

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. The house is over 200 years old but has recently been refurbished to a great standard. The original style has been maintained with stone walls and exposed wooden beams but decoration is modern and minimal. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably and is child friendly.
