A wonderful barn conversion that has everything you need for an enjoyable experience. Located 6KM from St Helens. A private rear paved deck looking out at the bush. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics to cook home style meals. Beds - queen, 3 king singles and 1 single. You can see a variety of farm animals as well as wild parrots and wallabies that feed near the barn. The barn is located to the rear of OUR HOUSE. WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY AND AIDES IN THE BATHROOM.

It is the perfect location to explore what Tasmania's East Coast has to offer, from The Bay of Fires, down to Bicheno and everything in between. The space is set up with couples in mind to relax and enjoy the beachfront atmosphere in a cozy accommodation, with beautiful gardens and bird life a plenty.

Kersbrook Cottage near Derby

Our newly-renovated cottage is located half way between Derby and Weldborough, about a ten minute drive to both destinations. The property is peaceful and quiet , surrounded by hilly pastures and direct access to a fully fenced native forest with a few MTB trails for a short ride (Kersbrook Stash) and other areas for walks. It is great for couples, MTB riders and specially families because Minishredders Babysitting Service is just next door.

The third bedroom downstairs has 2 bunks beds, this equates to 4 single beds. Humbugs Bay of Fires is a serene and beautifully appointed beachfront escape overlooking one of Tasmania’s most iconic beaches and seaside hamlets, Binalong Bay. Our beach home is a calming escape, perfectly suited for 2- 4 guests. It’s named after the Nature Reserve, “Humbug Point” that borders Binalong Bay.
