1950's renovated house with lots of original character next to Hawks Nest State Park and close to 2 more State Parks, in a quiet neighborhood and within a few minutes to all the New River Gorge National Park has to offer. 15 minutes from historic Fayetteville and the New River Gorge Bridge, central to whitewater rafting and rock climbing companies. We have 3 outdoor spaces and a bbq area. Our covered deck is 18' long and has a picnic table and other seating and the front porch has a nice swing

Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.
