Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

Situé à flanc de montagne, dans le hameau du Biolley, le chalet profite d’une vue dégagée sur les alpes et les villages en contrebas. Ce chalet a été totalement rénové en 2013 sur la base d'une ancienne écurie. Afin d’optimiser les espaces, les accès se font par des escaliers pentus. De tout confort, ce chalet se situe à 10 minutes de voiture de la station touristique de Champex-Lac et 18 minutes de La Fouly. L'emplacement est idéal pour des activités pédestres et touristiques.

Autentica montagna. La casa si trova nei pressi del Parco Naturale del Mont Avic e a 3 km dal centro di Champorcher. L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura oppure relax e tranquillità. Possibilità di affitto stagionale/mensile per il periodo invernale.

A two-room (one-bedroom) apartment recently renovated and well located in the center of Champex-Lac. A few minutes walk from the lake, restaurants and shops, this apartment offers breathtaking views of the lake, a large terrace and a wood-burning fireplace. Internet and cable TV are included. The Chalet “A La CASA” enjoys a very sunny location on the north-east side of the Zermatt village. It has an exceptional view of the village and the Matterhorn. In winter it is possible to ski right up to the front of the house. The house is connected by an elevator from the riverside.
