It has ample private parking, a secure entrance, a private courtyard and access to a large garden. Downstairs, there's a kingsize bedroom, shower room, lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, an additional bedroom contains one or two single beds. The property is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and less than a mile from Pilgrim Hospital.

The comfortable accommodation retains its original character while providing all the facilities required for a relaxing holiday. Hot tub and extensive grounds are privately enclosed for your enjoyment. Bookings are for a min 4 night stay. We accept 2 night weekend bookings out of the main seasons. Dogs are welcome (max two dogs). Visit England "Good to Go" guidance followed.

We are 2 miles north-west of Boston and are 150 yds from the river Witham which is great for walking, cycling, fishing and paddleboarding.

It has a very spacious, modern feel whilst being nestled in countryside. If you enjoy walking and nature, this is the perfect place for you. A 40 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car and you will arrive at Frampton Marsh, where you can grab a coffee and enjoy the views.
