Master Bedroom - The master bedroom features a queen bed and is located on the top floor. It has closet space for storage. It also features a flat screen Roku TV with YoutubeTV along with a couch. Bedroom #2 - The second bedroom features a full bed with a closet for storage. Master Bathroom (Top Floor) - The master bath has a large vanity as well as a walk-in shower, toilet & storage for towels. Bathroom #2 (Main Floor) - This bathroom features a relaxing soaker tub, vanity, and toilet. Kitchen - The kitchen features fully equipped stainless steel appliances and includes the following: - Microwave - Electric Range - Keurig single-serve coffee maker - Refrigerator with water/ice dispenser - Dishwasher - Plates, cups, bowls, wine glasses - Utensils - Blender - Pots & pans - Coffee filters Living Room - The living room features two large couches & a coffee table. Outdoor Areas - The back patio is likely one of the more popular hangout areas of the house. It features a large, four-burner grill. It also includes patio chairs & a table. It gives a great view of an open space known for deer sightings. The side patio features a table and chair for two. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is also a campfire area on the rear side of the house, for late evening smores! - Guests have full access to the entire home, back patio, and all outside spaces. - Guest have access to all towels, linens, pillow cases & paper products. - The house is a short walk to Fire Ridge Golf Course. Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

Tranquility Cottage

When you stay here the whole house is yours. You do not share any of the space here at Tranquility Cottage.. We are very close to the village of Gambier which is where Kenyon College is located. Apple Valley golf course is 5 minutes away open to public. Mohican State park and canoeing is 20 minutes away in the beautiful village of Loudonville. Lots of fun shops there too. Amish country is approximately an hour away. Historic Roscoe village is also approximately an hour away.

Located right on Apple Valley Lake just outside of Mt Vernon, OH this 2250sqft house is recently remodeled has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths 2 levels and is beautiful. You can enjoy our dock and go swimming or paddle boarding or just relax and fish. On the main floor is a card room perfect for family games, kitchen with walk out to 2nd story deck and 3 season room, living room with TV, and master bedroom with a private deck and fireplace. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and fireplace.
