We offer 4 nice rustic cabins on a hill over looking your own privet 12 acre lake surrounded by some 200 year old oak trees. Our cabins have nice covered front porches to set enjoy the evening with nice grills & fire Pitts, picnic tables, so you can enjoy your coffee.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood close to SFA University and minutes away from restaurants, walking trails, pickle ball courts and the downtown area. This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home can easily accommodate 6 adults. A large tv viewing area equipped with surround sound makes for a much desired family gathering space. The bedrooms feature two king and one queen bed with top of the line mattresses. We would love to make Honey’s House your home away from home to create lasting memories.

Enjoy a downtown experience in one of our lovely cottages available on the brick streets of Nacogdoches. The two cottages sit side by side and were completed in October 2022. Located steps away from the Historic Jones House, and a stones throw away from the Fredonia Hotel. You are walking distance to the Fredonia Brewery, The Cottage Wine Bar and all that downtown has to offer. This cottage has one King bed, a spacious living, dining, kitchen combination, and many other amenities.

Charming Pine Cottage near SFA

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located cottage. Located in the historic Pecan District off Raguet this house is walking distance to SFA & Homer Bryce Stadium. Perfect for attending SFA tailgates, summer orientation, or parents weekends. The house is newly updated with central heat & air, energy efficient windows, & a remodeled bathroom. Yet, it still has the original hardwood floors, fun tile, shiplap & a large backyard for entertaining.

The Garden House

The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

The DawsonHouse

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This is a country home with a spacious yard. It has nearby country roads to ride bikes, walk, or run. The driveway is a good place to practice pickleball (a net, paddles, and balls are available.) A pond is on the property for catch and release. The home is an easy 20 minute drive from Nacogdoches. If you want to bring a pet, contact the owner. There will be a pet fee. This is a nonsmoking property.

Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.

This cabin is just steps from the water on beautiful Lake Naconiche, just minutes from Nacogdoches and SFA. It features cozy bedding, heated bathroom floors, a full sized kitchen, and a living room area. Our property is gated and has a private dock with water access. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a fishing trip, this property is for you. The Lake Naconiche Park & boat ramp is about a half mile away…best spot on the lake!

Cozy Retreat Just Outside of Nacogdoches

A nice modular home fully furnished, sleeps 3-4 comfortably just a few miles from historic downtown Nacogdoches. Come sit on the back porch and enjoy the outdoors. Stroll down to the pasture across road to see Zena the Zebra, Expo the Henry (mini horses/donkey) Blaze, and Little Man the horses. Excuse the weird noise you might hear it will be the guineas or geese being yard protectors.

Enjoy this cute, quaint, and private tiny home. Tiny home has 1 queen size bed in a private bedroom. The sofa is a pull out full size bed in living room.
