The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and separate well-equipped kitchen. From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

Hyggeligt annex med eget køkken og bad. Der er et soveværelse med 1 stk. 1 1/2.mands seng. I stuen er der en dobbelt sovesofa. This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
