Charming and comfortable self contained cabin nestled in a unique bushland setting. You can relax by the pool, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, or you can take a short 15 minute drive into the stunning beaches of Yamba, or 10 minutes to the quaint township of Maclean, situated on the banks of the Clarence River. The Ferry House

The Ferry house is a cosy, heritage cottage, right on the banks of the Clarence River in the picturesque village of Chatsworth Island. Right next to a boat ramp, peaceful and quiet only 20 minutes to Yamba, Iluka and Maclean. There is something really special about this place. Absolute river frontage means you can swim, fish or just relax. The huge riverside deck gives comfortable outdoor living in both summer and winter, and the antique claw foot bath gives a fun outdoor bath experience.

Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

We are only 5 mins drive from the Pacific Highway if your looking for a couple of nights stop with the comforts of home while travelling North or South.
