Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond, gym and tennis court.

Cozy home near the lake is a peaceful place to relax or adventure in the lakes region.The house is located right next to the Glendale Yacht Club and 0.3 miles or a 6 min walk (based on Google) to the Breeze Restaurant and water access at the Glendale Public Docks (no swim area). The house comes with a fully stocked kitchen, a grill, relatively fast internet and a 55" TV (no cable)

A peaceful retreat or fun-filled vacation. 160 feet of direct waterfront on crystal-clear Kolelemook Lake in the Sunapee watershed. Kayaks, paddle-boards, canoe, row boat — all provided! The house is 20 mins from ski resorts, x-country skiing, snow shoe trails, tubing. Optimal snowmobile location with several primary and secondary trails right down the street. Fully-stocked kitchen. Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Linens provided. Firewood provided. Complimentary bottle of wine.

Welcome to our cozy cottage by the Pemi River! Located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. Our home is situated in a quiet condo association, perfect for a couples getaway or your family to enjoy. There is room for 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room, dining table and full kitchen. Enjoy the many hiking trails, spend a lazy day on the river, eat at one of the many local restaurants and take advantage of so many other close by activities!!!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Foosball, corn hole, movie room, games, etc. Short walk down the road to a shared separate 40' Beach with swim docks and kayaks (5 min walk). Close to many ski mountains and other winter activities. Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

Coolidge Cabin

Get away from it all at Coolidge Cabin! This 2 bedroom, sun filled, cozy, and privately located log cabin is situated on 13 acres. Rustic charm with all the modern amenities including full kitchen, jacuzzi tub, fire pit, fireplaces inside and outside, wrap around deck, etc. Spend time exploring nature right out the front door with 2 ponds and Squam Lake within walking distance. All well behaved pups are welcome.

Pastoral Farm in NH

Cozy private get away. A little bigger than a tiny house, apart from the main farm house and barns on a beautiful hill top setting. Sit and relax , take a walk through the fields or if your feeling a little more adventurous explore the beaver pond or hike out to picnic rock. This is country living in NH. *Please note that we are 8/10ths of a mile out on a dirt road.
