Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.
