Inspired by our love of world travel & adventure, this designed home is eclectic but not fussy so everyone in the family can relax & enjoy themselves. Only 5 minutes east of I-75, it doesn't get better than this location in DFW. The home is nestled into a quiet neighborhood near an elementary school.

This 2,000 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is located in a quiet neighborhood with manicured landscaping, fenced yard, outdoor grill, and sitting area with fire pit. Full kitchen includes refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher and place settings for 8 or more as well as pots and pans for cooking. Located 4 mins (driving) from the Historic Denton County courthouse square, 5 mins from TWU and 8 mins from UNT. Lake Lewisville and Lake Ray Roberts are 15-20 mins.

This apartment is brand new with all of the comforts of home. Quick access to I-35 makes it simple to travel every direction. We are about thirty minutes north of Dallas or Fort Worth. This space has WiFi, 2 smart TV's with Hulu+Live, washer and dryer, queen size bed and sofa bed with memory foam mattress. It has a fully equipped kitchen. We are pet friendly & behaved pets are welcome. We use a disinfecting UV light to sanitize between guests. We also have a rigorous cleaning protocol.
