The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

Welcome Home! A spacious colonial in the very quiet east side of Manchester NH. A Short 2 min drive to Route 93 close to airport (MHT) and downtown Manchester. The first floor features formal dining, large kitchen, eat-in, half-bath plus Laundry, and a large open living room. The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. This rustic A-frame is tucked down in the woods of a 20-acre piece of land in Hooksett. There is a brook that runs by just at the bottom of the hill, with lots of places to explore and take a plunge. Sit by the fire and listen to the babbling Brook, lay on the hammock, or play games under the twinkle lights in the cabin. The property has lots to explore and enjoy. The cabin has room for two inside, but space next to it for additional guests in a tent (not provided). *no heat*
