The two studio apartments / studios, each with about 30 m2 are located near the center in the emerging second district, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. Cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

Cozy bedroom with a large king-size bed and orthopedic mattress. A unique feature of this room is a large mirrored wall by the bed. The second room combines a kitchen and a living room. In this ample space, you will have a large sofa, plasma TV + smart TV, a separate dining area, a full kitchen, and a bar counter. The apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. You will have no problems finding a socket near the bed or a lack of light for reading or work. Interspersed with decorative elements, it makes the apartment lively and cozy. An additional advantage is a large, open terrace. The apartment has a thermostat to adjust the room temperature. The level of convenience in these apartments can compete with 4-star hotels. Ideal for 2 people, but can accommodate 4 people on the pull-out sofa in the living room. There are external cameras on the territory. Be calm.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Haus Fugbachgasse 5, sie hat einen seperaten Eingang, der sich um die Ecke auf der Mühlfeldgasse befindet. Zugang per Zahlenschloss, Code wird vor der Ankunft bekannt gegeben. Kein anderer hat Zugang zu dieser Wohnung, sie gehört also dir/euch ganz alleine. Meine Unterkunft (ca 68 m2) befindet sich im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk, direkt neben dem wunderschönen Augarten-Park im 5. Stock mit Lift eines Wohnkomplexes, in ruhiger Lage. Riesenrad und Prater sind nicht weit, U-Bahn U2 zu Fuss 5 Minuten. Sie werden meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, aber verkehrsgünstigen Lage. Sie können auch in 20 Minuten in den 1. Bezirk (Stephansdom) gehen. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen auch ein zusätzliches Zimmer für 20€ extra pro Nacht an. Siehe Fotos

Cozy Apartement in central Vienna

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 2. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Zentrum und 3 Stationen vom Prater entfernt. Dem grünen Herzen und der Erholungszone von Wien. Der Augarten ist nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight im Sommer um die Sonnenstrahlen zu genießen. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 20 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock.
