Only one other cottage is on our property's lakefront with residential neighbors over 40 yards away to make for peaceful stay.

Syracuse and Cortland nearby, 35 min drive. Whole house rental sleeps 16 in beds. Parking is at the house. FOURWHEEL DRIVE vehicle to access the property in the winter.
