Secluded Off-Grid Mountain Cottage

Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a gas geyser and solar power.

House Sonop: Churchhaven

Tucked away on the shores of the West Coast National Park you will find a Private Secure Reserve called Pottebakkery, which is one of the villages comprising the greater area commonly known as Churchhaven. Skuurtjies, built in 2006 is one of the oldest beach front houses in Kersbosstrand, Dwarskersbos. Overlooking the glorious panorama of sea and sand it is the habitat of prolific different species. We are often visited by pods of whales, dolphins, seals and sea gulls. It is 160km/2hours drive from Cape Town on the West Coast of South Africa.
