Our generous garden flat is positioned within walking distance of Queanbeyan town centre, and a 20 minute drive to Canberra CBD. Directly adjacent to the showground our very private, spacious, uncluttered, clean flat has 2 private courtyards in which to follow sun /shade and cook a BBQ. Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of my studio separate from the main house. Studio is simply furnished with French doors, solid timber floors, full kitchen, bathroom and storage area. Central location easy walk to Griffith, Manuka and Kingston. Good transport to ANU, Russell and the Parlimentary Triangle. The studio is set to the rear of the property in lush cottage garden with an abundance of fruit, flowers and vegetables.

The modern pod is a standalone granny flat located on the back of our house, with seperate entrance through the garage door. Only a 5-minute drive to Westfield Woden, a short 5-minute walk to local shops and bus stops, 5 mins to Embassy area, 13-minute drive to city and 10 minutes to the Parliament area. For snow season, we are just 30 mins drive to Corin Forest snow resort, 2.30hour to Snowy Mountain.
