Le loft cosy dans notre maison familiale possède une entrée indépendante et un parking privé. Un hall, un wc séparé, un salon (wifi, Netflix, Proximus, DVD), cuisine équipée, un lit double et une sdb. Un petit jardin cosy est aménagé. « Chez Lou" est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour détente. ( ⚠️ jacuzzi mai à octobre). Nous sommes à Baelen, à proximité des Hautes Fagnes et de la baraque Michel pour de belles balades.A deux pas, Aix-la-Chapelle ou Eupen, pour des activités, magasins et restaurants

Logement très spacieux et cosy, hyper équipé, se situant à 100m des bois, balades à la campagne, le long de la petite rivière La Hoegne, les Hautes Fagnes , Spa F1 dans un petit village de csmpagne. Top: la Réserve des Fagnes et de ses magnifiques balades à pied ou vélo. Le logement a été entièrement rénové pour répondre au mieux à un séjour en couple, famille, entre amis... La terrasse est grande, agréable et ensoleillée! Gîte indépendant privative avec Parking privé et couvert. Top location!

Un vaste éventail d'activités culturelles et sportives en plein air vous y attend et vous permettra de découvrir les facettes de nos paysages bucoliques, nos forêts, vertes prairies et nos Hautes Fagnes ! Vous pourrez également vous régaler de notre gastronomie locale et traditionnelle.

Vous vous trouvez à proximité de la charmante ville thermale de Spa inscrite au patrimoine mondial de l’Unesco des « grandes villes d’eaux d’Europe », à quelques km du circuit de Spa Francorchamps, de lieux culturels, historiques et récréatifs à découvrir comme, entre autres, les villes de Stavelot et Malmedy .

Das Studio liegt mitten in der Natur und doch sind die schönen Euregio-Städte per PKW in +/- 30 min erreichbar: Lüttich, Maastricht, Aachen, Monschau! Der Eupener Bahnhof lädt ein zu einer Direktfahrt nach Lüttich (Liège), Brüssel, Ostende oder Brügge ...

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Just a few steps away from the beautiful Natural Reserve the High Fens, we offer you a modern and comfortable studio, you have private access entry, a King size bed , a nice kitchen table with 4 chairs , a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rainshower and wash basin , and a seperate toilet all for you. A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spaceous studio.
