We are located 4 miles from the Cochise Stronghold Mountains, The Chiricahua National Monument to the East is 45 minutes away. Our small town of Sunsites host the Iron Skillet which serves breakfast and lunch ,while TJ's bar and grill serves meals all day. Wonderful BBQ! Lots of History with Tombstone just an hour away. Kartchner Caverns State Park is 45 minutues away. Don't forget our wines!

A quick 15 minute drive gets you right into SV. We are a 5 minute walk to Riparian Area Trailheads and a short drive from the Huachuca Mountains. Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Perched on the mountain, The Hill House with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. This unit is located at the end of a road with no traffic and is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink internet. Parking is on site. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old, No A/C, solar powered unit.

Driving distance to Valle de Guadalupe is 20 minutes and Downtown Ensenada is 6 minutes.

Casa Sendero- Casita Close to Town and Trails

New private, cozy, safe casita with a small outdoor kitchen (best for LIGHT cooking)and high speed internet located in San Vicente neighborhood, 10-15 mins walking to downtown Todos Santos and 15 mins walking to La Poza beach. The casita shares the property with our eco-build main house. Bike from the casita to beautiful mountain biking trails or drive 10 mins to the surf /swim break at Cerritos. Happy to take you on rides or show you the trails!

Cozy Rio Rico guesthouse with a view

This spacious guesthouse is in an ideal rural setting. Located near the Mexican border, the art community at Tubac, and the old Spanish mission of Tumacacori, there is lots to see and do. (Not to mention many good golf courses.) I am looking forward to your visit! To make your stay both pleasant and sanitary I steam clean floors, sani-wash all linens and towels, and wipe counters, sinks and toilet with sanitizer spray. Rest easy here!
