Located on 250 acres, this home is a few miles from beautiful Lake Sinclair, Georgia College State University, and historic downtown Milledgeville. Lake Oconee, Reynolds Plantation, Harbor Club, and Cuscowilla are only a 30-40 min drive for championship golf.

Double lot feels very private, but you're close to everything! 2 min to Dollar Gen; 6 to Kroger; 8 to downtown. I will consider two-night stays during non-peak months. Message a request.
