The Old Dairy, cottage on Highland Farm

As the name suggests this cottage was previously used as dairy on the family farm in years gone by. The house was built in the 1850's, the first house on the farm as it is now. The cottage was also known as Grieves House and was home to the Manager of Dalmore Distillery years and years ago. We live on a family farm and there is always somebody nearby for assistance during your stay. Dalmore Farm is in a quiet location on the edge of Alness, a busy town which in 2018 won the title of Best High Street in Scotland. Set on the shore of the Cromarty Firth, this makes an ideal base for exploring Easter Ross and the Northern Highlands. Alness town centre is approx 10 - 15 walk Morrisons and Lidl are approx 5 minute walk

Welcome to Stittenham House Accommodation for up to 7 people in 4 bedrooms. Stittenham House offers a unique Highlands home for a wide range of interests. Large detached former coaching inn. Built in 1833 situated a scenic rural setting. 3 miles north of Alness and with excellent 5G broadband installed in every room. As yet the property is not equipped with EV charging. There is the Skiach service stn. 3 miles from SH which has EV. charging. To plug into SH domestic supply will cost £10 /day

Close to the A9 for great access to explore the Highlands. Deep into whisky country, distilleries and visitor centers for some of the worlds most recognizable brands of Scotch Whisky are on your doorstep. The award winning Dalmore Distillery & the world famous Glenmorangie Distillery Both have full visitor experience centers and guided tours and are a mere 10 mins away. You’ll love the views here of the Cromarty Firth and tranquility that comes from staying in a traditional Scottish Farmhouse.

The Coach House at Manse House

Make some memories at this unique and friendly place. Originally the Coach House of the 18th century listed Manse House, the property was sympathetically converted in 2004. The property lies in the gardens of the Manse in central Tain. It has great access to the main visitor attractions of the Eastern Highlands and makes a great place to relax or to use as a comfortable spot from which to explore the Highlands. Pets are welcome. Parkhill Cottage is in the small hamlet of Balachraggan, Kildary on the North Coast 500-route which is the perfect location to explore the surrounding area. Situated 30 miles north of Inverness there's plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot & highchair available on request.

Red Roof Cottage

A charming stone built tin-roofed former highland shepherd's cottage surrounded by farmland with rural views to the sea on the horizon. This newly restored cottage is full of history and unique charm. Warm up by the fire in winter and rest in the cosy bedrooms in the eaves after some Highlands adventure.
