Pine Beach Guest House in the Heart of Balnarring

A gorgeous Private Guest House, Two bedrooms, a large bathroom with laundry, fully equiped kitchen and log fire in living area. EXPERIENCE - 2 min walk from the centre of Balnarring where cafes, restaurants, pub a brewery and a new IGA are on your doorstep, 2 min drive to Balnarring Beach close to wineries this modern light studio provides the perfect base to go exploring around the Mornington Peninsula.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

The perfect mid century beach house and separate bungalow directly behind the Somers Yacht Club and across the road to one of the best swimming beaches on the Peninsula. An easy stroll through the bush or along the beach to the General Store for one of the best breakfasts on the Peninsula! Relax on the lawn under the huge Eucalypt or snuggle up by the fire. Ideal for families, friends, or anyone who simply needs a little extra space to breathe. Book it before someone else does!

Corvers Rest

Corvers Rest is a minimalist beach shack located on the clifftops overlooking Bass Strait. A place to rest and detach amongst wild natural surrounds. The shack provides the essence of an Australian beach shack with views across the ocean and hinterland. It trims back everything else. A string of ocean beaches nestled between coastal cliffs are within a short walk. Outdoor showers, fire pit and BBQ are all present.

The Sweet Escape Balnarring

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops. It has a country style kitchen with Coonara fireplace, two living areas and is ideally suited to four people, although it can accommodate up to five people This is a cat and dog friendly property. Tucked down a quiet dirt road lined with towering pines, our little cottage is a 5 minute walk to Balnarring village; home to top notch eats, craft cocktails, a brewery, and boutiques. Here for the seaside? You’re a 3 minute drive from Balnarring Beach.

The Love Shack Balnarring Beach

Quirky two bedroom Nissan Hut conversion set amongst the tee trees and driftwood, just a 2 minute walk along a sandy track to Balnarring Beach. Wood fire heater, reverse cycle air conditioning, outdoor deck and BBQ, indoor/outdoor shower, towels and linen provided. NO Wifi encourages guests to get outdoors and explore the surrounding area.

Littlewood at Red hill

The studio is at one end of the main house and has its own separate driveway, entrance and courtyard. Recently renovated, the space is fresh and clean and comfortable. A Lovely lounge area with a wood fire, and great views of the trees, generous king size bed, dining area adjoining a well equipped Kitchen.
